Free Spirit – a person who lives according to his or her own wishes and beliefs, unconstrained by society’s conventions; nonconformist.
In a nutshell this is me.
I’ve been searching to find my place in the “working” world for quite some time now. I’ve worked in many different fields and have found that I am never satisfied by traditional standards.
I’ve been a teacher, pharmaceutical sales rep, corporate sales rep, traditional business owner, and real estate agent.
I’ve done very well by the standards in the industry. Typically in the top 1% in all of the above, but no matter where I got, or what I did, I never felt complete.
So I found myself migrating into the world of being a full blown network marketer.
I’ve found that there are many Free Spirits out there who are looking for a situation where they can blossom into their full potential, but who are disillusioned by the constraints of a traditional JOB.
Network Marketing was not new to me, but like most people, I viewed it as a “hobby” or something you do on the side. I had originally started network marketing in college to help with the expenses. I did really well, but after I graduated gave it all up to get a “real job”. If only I knew then what I know now!!! Hindsight is 20/20 huh…
I do this because I love to help people achieve their goals and dreams.
I have the uncapped potential to be, do, and have, anything I set my mind to.
My Why
I am a firm believer that you have to have a WHY in whatever it is you do in business. If you’re just working for the accolades, rank advancements, awards, trips, money, etc. it’s not enough to keep you at it.
This industry is hard WORK. Anyone who tells you different is either really new, or lying. It’s hard WORK, but it’s so worth it! Don’t get me wrong, all of those things are great and getting them feels wonderful, but at the end of the day you’ve got to have something bigger to push you.
I got into this industry because of the ability to be my own boss and to have the uncapped potential to achieve whatever I wanted! If I was a success it was up to me. If I was a failure it was still up to me.
My WHY is to be a philanthropist, to be able to travel this country and the world working with organizations that I believe in.
